Portering & Helpdesk Manager London North West Hospital Up to £50,000 DOE | 40 hours per week | 5 days out of 7 We are looking for an experienced Portering & Helpdesk Manager to lead and develop a large, frontline healthcare team at London North West Hospital. This is a key operational leadership role, responsible for the smooth delivery of portering services and the management of the hospital helpdesk, ensuring a safe, efficient and patient-focused environment. You’ll lead a team driving service excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement in a fast‑paced healthcare setting.
