Role Description
This is a temporary, on-site role for a Human Resources Advisor, based in Dalcross. The role is fixed term for 1 year. The HR Advisor will manage day-to-day employee relations, support the development and implementation of HR policies, and ensure compliance with employment laws. Responsibilities include providing HR guidance to management, addressing staff concerns, and assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
Qualifications
* Solid understanding of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management practices
* Comprehensive knowledge of HR Policies and compliance with Employment Law
* Strong skills in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution and employee support
* Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to effectively communicate with and support colleagues at all organizational levels
* Relevant qualifications in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
