Role: Senior CDM Advisor/ Principal Designer
Location: Remote working (projects across North West)
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + excellent benefits package

The business is looking to hire an experienced CDM/ Principal Designer to oversee a diverse portfolio of property & construction projects (residential, education, public sector, leisure, education, office and retail). The role would be focused around Manchester and the North West, where our clients key relationships are based.
The role would suit an experienced CDM/ PD professional who wants to work autonomously and manage their own projects/ client base, you will be comfortable in a client facing environment and demonstrate leadership qualities.
