What’s the Opportunity
We have an opportunity for a Project Manager to join our multi-disciplinary team. You will work as part of our project management discipline across a wide variety of projects within the Healthcare sector. This role can be based in our Leeds, Liverpool or Manchester offices.
What you need to do to be effective in this role
* Establish lines of communication and reporting procedures with the client and within the design team
* Arrange feasibility studies, including site surveys, site investigation, site evaluation etc
* Manage finances from inception to completion, including cash flow forecasts, monitoring project expenditure and recommendations of payments by client, as well as internal budget and resourcing
* Prepare regular reports to clients on all aspects of the project inspection, scheduling and acceptance of works required under the defects liability and maintenance provisions of the contract
* Development of project documentation, programmes, master budget, risk register etc
* Maintain a robust document management system
* Produce reports to suit relevant stages of the projects
The skills and experience you need to have for this role
* BSc/MSc in a relevant project management / surveying / engineering related subject
* General commercial project experience
* NHS project delivery experience
* NEC ECC experience would be an advantage
Ideally one or a combination of the following qualifications (however we would be willing to accept applications from candidates who are considering working towards them):
* MRICS
* MCIOB
* ChPP
