Business Development Manager (Office-Based with UK Travel)

Your Day-to-Day Win new business and manage accounts from onboarding to ongoing support.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular meetings and site visits.
Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions and service improvements.
Identify and pursue upselling and renewal opportunities to maximise revenue.
Maintain accurate customer data and communication logs within the CRM system.
Monitor sales performance and provide insights to the leadership team.
Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of competitors and emerging trends.
What Youll Bring Proven background in B2B sales, business development, or key account management .
Strong commercial awareness and a results-driven, strategic mindset.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Organised, analytical and comfortable working to targets.
A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel nationally when required.
