HR Advisor, Castlederg, £30-35k We are working with a leading contractor in the construction industry, who are seeking to appoint an HR Advisor to join their growing team. Benefits Competitive Salary 31 days Annual Leave Company Pension Private Healthcare Perks Discount Card Hours of work: Monday Friday, 8am 5pm (40 hours per week) As HR Advisor you will Act as a key point of contact for managers and employees, ensuring best practice in all areas of HR. Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process Screen applications and coordinate interviews Schedule and deliver new starter induction sessions. Ensure employment contracts and right-to-work checks are completed Support payroll administration for weekly and salary paid team members. Maintain HR records and carry out general HR administrative duties. Coordinating performance review process across the company. Support managers in handling absence management, disciplinary, grievance and performance related issues. You will need Relevant 3rd level qualification and minimum 1 years experience in an HR related role OR a minimum of 4 years experience in an HR related role. Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law and best practice. Proven experience in providing HR advice on employee relations matters Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
