We're now recruiting experienced Domiciliary Care Assistants who are already in the UK, hold a full UK driving licence, and are looking for guaranteed hours and a welcoming, supportive team.

About The Role
Who We’re Looking For:
* To be considered, you must:
o Hold a Certificate of Sponsorship (Skilled Worker Visa)
o Be currently residing in the UK
o Have substantive UK experience in domiciliary (home) care
o Possess a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
o Be able to work at least 37.5 hours per week
o Show flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
o Have a good understanding of CQC requirements and safeguarding
o Provide satisfactory references/evidence of good conduct
Your Role Will Include:
o Supporting people in their own homes to live independently
o Providing personal care, companionship and practical support
o Assisting with daily living tasks, mobility, and appointments
o Empowering individuals to make their own choices
o Maintaining accurate care records using mobile technology
o Building trusting relationships with clients, families, and other professionals
o Following safe working practices and Altogether Care’s values
