Job Description Summary:
Job Title: Change & Transformation Marketing Manager
Salary: £59,850 to £73,150 per annum plus extensive benefits
Location: Bristol or Halifax
Hours: 35 hours, full time
Working Pattern: Hybrid, involving at least two days per week at one of the listed hubs

Role Overview:
As the Change & Transformation Manager in the BMX Enablement team, you will help modernize our operating model, drive operational excellence, and enable customer growth through excellent experiences. You will connect strategy with daily operations, support smarter workflows, and grow capability within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Bring innovative ideas to modernize our BMX operating model.
2. Collaborate with internal teams to guide transformation efforts.
3. Promote agile methodologies and embed planning processes.
4. Support quarterly planning logistics.
5. Identify gaps and develop capability programs like BMX Marketing Academy.
6. Support talent pipeline initiatives such as apprenticeships and graduate programs.
7. Lead engagement and community-building activities.
8. Support the delivery of the People Plan and internal/external storytelling.
Candidate Profile:
* Proven leadership in communications and managing diverse stakeholder groups.
* Experience leading teams through transformation with a positive culture focus.
* Ability to engage senior stakeholders with authenticity and emotional intelligence.
* Resilience and focus in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.
* Strong organizational skills and effective teamwork experience.
