Are you a night owl? Prefer working through the night? We’re seeking a dedicated night worker to join our team. If you’re energetic and alert, this could be the role for you!
Typical shift as a Housing Concierge
Working 4 shifts from 7pm to 7am, followed by 4 days off. This role involves more than just monitoring CCTV or patrolling; you'll manage building safety, check fire doors, ensure security, and respond to emergencies. Additionally, you'll assist with maintaining cleanliness and order within the premises.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing health and safety protocols
* Patrolling premises for security and safety
* Responding to suspicious activity and raising alarms
* Assisting with cleaning duties as needed

You bring:
* Experience supporting vulnerable populations, possibly from public service or military background
* Strong interpersonal skills and keen observation abilities
* Confidence in intervening sensitively when needed
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Enhanced DBS check (we pay for this)
* Proficiency with CCTV monitoring and record-keeping technology
