Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Support - £80K
Our client is a successful (and fast-growing!) ecommerce and retail firm.
With hybrid working in central London, they’re looking to hire an experienced Dynamics 365 (D365) Functional Support Analyst.
You’ll be a key part of the D365 F&O team and provide expert functional support, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the smooth and operation of the D365 F&O system across various channels.
You’ll have the chance to be the primary point of contact for users, the “go to” person when it comes to investigating and resolving functional problems and incident management.
As a senior in the team, you’ll have the opportunity to train and mentor others on D365 F&O and work closely with developers, functional consultants and business stakeholders to drive overall system efficiency.
Requirements:
* Proven experience of providing functional support for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O)
* Great understanding of D365 F&O modules related to multi-channel operations, including Retail and Commerce, Sales and marketing, Supply Chain Management and Finance.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication skills
