About You
* Experience working on residential and or commercial projects within the UK
* Good understanding of UK planning processes and requirements
* Strong design ability with a high level of attention to detail
* Proficient in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe InDesign
* Confident producing clear drawings and sketch work
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Collaborative, proactive, and design‑driven approach
* Experience preparing planning applications, design codes, and technical information
