We are looking for personal assistant to help an 80-year-old female who is looking for someone to assist with supervising personal care and assisting with her morning routine. This includes dispensing medication from Nomad, breakfast, and general personal care.
This will be for a four-week period starting from Monday the 22nd of September until Friday the 10th of October. This is to cover the current personal assistant’s annual leave. Our client needs assistance with her general mobility especially with use of stairs. There will also be general housework and cleaning involved in this role as well as general companionship.
Applicants must have a caring attitude, have a good sense of humour, be reliable with a positive and flexible approach to work. Having experience within this area would be of benefit.
This role requires an enhanced check through PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups).
Duties & Responsibilities
• Assistance with getting out of bed, dressing and including dispensing medication
• Assistance with personal care is required such as showering
• Assisting with the preparation of Breakfast
• Light housework and cleaning
