DESIGN POSITIONS
* Fashion Designer
o Salary: $80,000–$90,000/year (based on experience and performance)
o Experience: 5+ years
o Overview: We’re looking for a highly creative and experienced Fashion Designer to lead the development of our seasonal collections. This is a leadership role requiring strong design direction, technical skill, and the ability to execute vision from concept through production.
o Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead seasonal design from concept to final sample
+ Conduct trend, market, and competitive research
+ Develop mood boards, color palettes, and trim/fabric direction
+ Create sketches, CADs, tech packs
+ Oversee fittings and ensure quality control
+ Collaborate with production, merchandising, and vendors
+ Mentor junior designers
+ Ensure consistency with brand identity
o Qualifications:
+ 5+ years of experience in fashion design
+ Advanced Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop skills
+ Strong knowledge of fabric, construction, fit, and specs
+ Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills
+ Proven ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines
* Associate Fashion Designer
o Salary: $65,000–$75,000/year
o Experience: 3+ years
o Overview: We’re seeking a talented Associate Fashion Designer to support collection development. You’ll work across the design process, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
o Key Responsibilities:
+ Assist with concept development and seasonal designs
+ Conduct trend research and create mood boards
+ Produce sketches, tech packs, and CADs
+ Oversee fit sessions and product specs
+ Support fabric and print development
+ Work closely with production and merchandising teams
o Qualifications:
+ 3+ years of design experience
+ Proficient in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office
+ Knowledge of specs, fit, and garment development
+ Strong trend forecasting and creative thinking skills
+ Excellent communication and organization
* Assistant Fashion Designer
o Salary: $52,000–$58,000/year
o Experience: 1–2 years
o Overview: A great opportunity for a passionate early-career designer! You’ll support our senior designers across all aspects of the creative and technical development process.
o Key Responsibilities:
+ Support with sketching and CADs
+ Research fashion trends and prepare mood boards
+ Assist with specs, tech packs, and sample tracking
+ Participate in fit reviews and product development
+ Help manage deadlines and seasonal calendars
o Qualifications:
+ 1–2 years of design experience
+ Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel
+ Strong eye for trends, color, and styling
+ Detail-oriented, highly organized, and collaborative
PRODUCTION POSITION
* Production Coordinator / Assistant Manager – Fashion Industry
o Salary: $65,000–$75,000/year
o Experience: 3–5 years in fashion production or supply chain
o Overview: We are looking for a production-savvy, organized team member to oversee the full production cycle. You will work directly with domestic and overseas vendors to ensure timely, quality production.
o Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage production from development to final delivery
+ Coordinate with factories and vendors daily
+ Track timelines and maintain WIP reports
+ Handle purchase orders and approvals
+ Ensure accuracy of samples and trims
+ Resolve production issues with design and tech teams
+ Conduct quality control inspections
o Qualifications:
+ 3–5 years in apparel production or supply chain
+ Strong understanding of garment construction and manufacturing
+ Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace; PLM/ERP a plus
+ Effective communication and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to handle fast-paced, high-volume environments
ACCOUNTING POSITION
* Accounting Assistant
o Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 (Based on experience)
o Experience: 1–2 years preferred
o Overview: We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Assistant to join our finance team. You’ll support daily accounting functions including data entry, AP/AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
o Key Responsibilities:
+ Process accounts payable and receivable
+ Prepare and reconcile invoices, POs, and bank statements
+ Enter and maintain accurate financial data
+ Assist with month-end closings and audits
+ Support documentation for internal reporting
+ Provide general admin support for the finance department
o Qualifications:
+ Associate’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance
+ 1–2 years in accounting or bookkeeping (preferred)
+ Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, etc.)
+ High attention to detail and data accuracy
+ Strong organizational and communication skills
+ Ability to manage confidential information
Shipping Team
* Shipping Associate Starting $20 - $23
* Responsibilities:
o Manage and support daily shipping, receiving and inventory
o Data entry and system updates
o Accurate quantity management through periodic inventory checks
o Organizing and relocating stocks to ensure smooth workflow
o Arrange shipping appointment with company delivery
o Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
o Maintain and support warehouse operation associate and jobs
o Must have strong analytical skills and a working knowledge of Excel
o Good team player and can follow orders precisely
o Bilingual English and Korean
Fit Technician / Production Associate
* Rate: $25–$35/hr (Based on experience and skill level)
* We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Fit Technician / Production Associate to join our team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our garments meet high standards of fit, quality, and consistency across all styles.
* Key Responsibilities:
o FIT SAMPLE EVALUATION & QUALITY CONTROL
+ Try on and evaluate women’s clothing samples (must fit women’s size Small and Medium).
+ Assess garment fit, proportion, drape, construction, and overall appearance.
+ Identify and communicate fit issues clearly and professionally.
+ Ensure garments comply with company and brand sizing standards.
+ Inspect overall garment quality, including stitching, seams, trims, and finishes.
o GARMENT MEASUREMENT & SPECS
+ Measure garments accurately and compare against technical specifications and tech packs.
+ Identify inconsistencies in sizing, fit, and construction.
+ Provide clear feedback and recommendations for necessary adjustments.
o DOCUMENTATION & REPORTING
+ Accurately record fit comments, measurements, and evaluation notes.
+ Prepare detailed fit reports for internal use and for factories/vendors.
+ Maintain and update fit history records and create new fit documents as needed.
o VENDOR COMMUNICATION
+ Communicate directly with overseas vendors and factories.
+ Enforce brand fit standards and grading rules to ensure consistency across all product lines.
+ Collaborate with vendors to resolve any fit or production-related concerns.
o Requirements:
+ Must be able to wear and evaluate women’s size small and medium samples.
+ Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, and sizing standards.
+ Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
+ Detail-oriented with strong organizational and reporting skills.
+ Experience in technical design, garment fitting, or apparel production preferred.
+ Comfortable with trying on samples and providing feedback in a professional setting.
