The Role
As a Residential Conveyancer, you’ll independently manage a full caseload of residential property matters, including:
* Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
* Re-mortgages and equity release transactions
* Ensuring smooth transactions from instruction to post-completion

About You
We are seeking a qualified candidate with:
* 3+ years of Residential Conveyancing experience
