Job Description:
We are recruiting for a Sales Ledger Officer to cover maternity leave in a well-established West Wales business. This role involves high accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, as you will handle financial data and liaise with customers and internal teams.
* Act as the first point of contact for customer sales inquiries
* Raise sales invoices and credit notes
* Support audit processes and month-end procedures
* Resolve pricing and invoicing issues in collaboration with customers and sales teams
Experience in a finance-related role is preferred, but training may be available for strong administrators with invoicing exposure or financial training such as AAT or bookkeeping courses.
