Responsibilities:
* Assist in content creation and daily operations for e-commerce platforms.
* Manage product listings, including uploading, updating, and optimizing product information.
* Monitor platform performance metrics and provide regular reports on sales, traffic, and conversion data.
* Support social media operations across both Chinese and international (especially UK) platforms.
* Communicate and collaborate with UK influencers/KOLs for promotional campaigns.
* Assist in basic visual design tasks (e.g., product images, promotional banners).
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree or above (current students are welcome to apply).
* Native Chinese speaker with a high level of English proficiency (both written and spoken).
* Basic skills in image and graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, or similar).
* Hands-on experience in managing social media accounts in both China and the UK.
* Strong cross-cultural communication skills and ability to work with international partners.
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks.
* Passionate about e-commerce, digital marketing, and cross-border operations.
