Responsibilities
:
1. Identify issues and rmend best practices for content creation and management within the team.
2. Understand merchant needs, strategic goals, and business objectives
3. Collaborate with team members to developpelling narratives and visual assets that engage audiences.
4. Monitor and evaluate the performance of content initiatives and suggest necessary adjustments.
5. Stay informed about industry trends to ensure content strategies remain relevant and effective.
6. Collaborate with subject matter experts and maintain regularmunication with internal teams
7. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content
Minimum Qualifications:
8. Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualification:
What You Need to Succeed:
9. Content marketing, customer marketing, or editorial experience in a B2B, SaaS, or payments environment.
10. Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to translate customer value into persuasive, human-centered content.
11. Strong project management skills and experience working cross-functionally in a global or matrixed organization.
12. Proficiency in managing content workflows, editorial calendars, and agency/vendor relationships.
13. Familiarity with CMS platforms, sales enablement tools (, Highspot, Seismic), and analytics dashboards is a plus.
14. Passion for empowering sales and creating content that delivers business impact.
15. Fluency in German is a plus
