Job Description:
Aria Partners is supporting a high-performing Private Credit Fund looking to appoint a Senior Fund Operations Manager into a newly created position. The fund has experienced significant fundraising success and plans to continue scaling.
This senior, strategically focused role requires a hands-on approach. The incumbent will manage a team across operations and fund control, acting as a key liaison between investment professionals and support teams. Additionally, the individual will contribute to developing the operational infrastructure as the firm grows.
Key responsibilities include:
* Overseeing fund finance and portfolio reporting for open and closed-ended structures
* Managing the fund audit process with external auditors
* Handling day-to-day operations of private credit portfolios, including loan closings, settlements, reconciliations, and investor reporting
* Serving as the main contact for third-party service providers
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks (MiFID, PRIIPS, etc.)
* Acting as a conduit between the investment team and operational infrastructure
* Leading and mentoring the operations team
* Driving process improvements and building operational capabilities
Requirements include:
* Approximately 7-10 years of relevant experience in private credit roles
* Deep understanding of private credit instruments such as syndicated loans, direct lending, NAV facilities
* Experience with CLOs is advantageous but not essential
Compensation is circa £140,000 plus bonus and benefits.
