Job Title: Mechanical Estimator
Location: Preston
Salary: Up to £70,000 + Package
Job Purpose:
Join a rapidly growing Northern Based Building Services organisation as a Mechanical Estimator.
You will be part of the commercial team, pricing new project works and working closely with the contracts managers to allocate resources to each project.
This role is Based out of their Head Office and out on site when required, focusing on pulling together projects costings and prices to send out to clients, occasional meetings with clients as and when required.

Responsibilities:
1. Multiple quotes and tenders
2. Performing market research on costings and prices to remain competitive
3. Collaborating with the contracts managers to develop strategies for work resource allocation and in how to add value to a quote
4. Working with other departments on delivery of projects and service and maintenance KPIs to adhere to pricing
5. Maintaining and updating the CRM system with client information
