We are seeking a friendly, organised and professional Administrator to be the welcoming face of our school and support our busy front office team.. Working 8:15am-3:45pm Monday - Friday. We pride ourselves on our nurturing and inclusive ethos and are looking for someone who shares our commitment to ensuring every child and family feels welcomed, valued and supported.
As part of this role, you will be our Attendance Lead who shares our belief that being in school every day can transform a child’s future; it is about making a real difference by building positive relationships, understanding each young person’s circumstances, and helping families overcome the challenges that affect attendance. You will help foster a school culture where regular attendance is encouraged, recognised, and valued by the entire community.
A key part of the role will involve working closely with families in a supportive and respectful way, ensuring expectations are clear while maintaining empathy and understanding in collaboration with a supportive safeguarding team.
