Duties of the Mobile Service Technician - North West include:
10. Carrying out a full range of mechanical, diagnostic, and repair work on various vehicle types.
11. Providing high standards of technical advice, service, and maintenance to all customers.
12. Travelling to different customer locations across the North West region
13. Ensuring all work complies with safety and quality standards
14. Maintaining accurate service records and customer communication
Requirements for the Mobile Service Technician - North West:
15. Full valid driving licence
16. NVQ Level 2 or 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification
17. Minimum 1 year of experience as an automotive technician
18. Skilled in mechanical repairs, diagnostics, and servicing
19. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
20. Flexibility to work across day and night shifts as required
21. Previous experience with HGV, LCV, or general vehicle maintenance is highly desirable
