Key Duties
* Oversee procurement workflows within the ERP system, ensuring smooth and effective purchasing processes.
* Partner with internal teams to assess procurement requirements and offer expert advice on best practice approaches.
* Maintain and manage contract registers, ensuring full compliance with government procurement legislation.
* LeverageSAP AribaandS4Hanato optimise procurement functions and improve data integrity.
* Ensure all procurement activities comply with theProcurement Act 2023and other applicable regulations.
* Design and execute procurement strategies that support financial goals and operational priorities.
* Produce and deliver analytical reports to stakeholders, offering actionable insights and recommendations.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong analytical capabilities with a proven ability to interpret and reconcile complex datasets.
* Experience thriving in fast-paced environments and adapting to evolving business demands.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate across all levels.
* Advanced proficiency inMicrosoft Excel,Power BI, and other data analysis tools.
* Deep understanding of public sector procurement practices and systems.
* Familiarity with managing contract registers in regulated settings.
* Hands-on experience withSAP AribaandS4Hanais highly advantageous
