The Role You’ll be responsible for driving lease-up and sustaining strong occupancy levels in a competitive market. You’ll lead the on-site lettings, develop and execute effective marketing and pricing strategies, and ensure every prospective resident enjoys an exceptional leasing journey from first enquiry to move-in. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on performance, data-led decision-making, and delivering a polished, customer-focused experience. What You’ll Be Doing Leading leasing performance and achieving ambitious KPIs for a premium residential asset Managing all advertising channels, ensuring compliance, quality, and maximum exposure Analysing market data, rental trends, and customer insights to inform pricing and incentives Developing and recommending marketing strategies and routes to market Reviewing tenancy schedules to drive rent optimisation and minimise voids Collaborating with the Asset Manager to maximise income and long-term value Overseeing apartment presentation, staging, and high-quality viewing experiences Negotiating AST and non-AST agreements to protect value and manage expiry profiles Managing the full tenancy lifecycle, from referencing through to move-in Ensuring compliance with all lettings legislation and reporting requirements Producing weekly leasing reports and representing the scheme in client meetings Leading, motivating, and ensuring compliance across the lettings team Supporting audits, quality checks, and ad-hoc projects across the wider BTR business What We’re Looking For Experience within residential lettings, ideally within a premium or BTR environment A proven track record in high-end sales and rental performance Experience creating and delivering rental and pricing strategies Strong analytical skills with confidence interpreting market and pricing data Excellent presentation and client-facing communication skills Experience managing and developing a lettings team Confidence reviewing tenancy schedules and both standard and non-standard agreements A proactive, collaborative approach with strong attention to detail What’s On Offer Competitive salary with performance-related bonus Clear career development opportunities within a growing Build to Rent portfolio Employee wellbeing initiatives and regular team events If you’re commercially sharp, customer-focused, and ready to take the lead on a standout Build to Rent development, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
