Contract: Full-Time Long-Term Potential for Permanent Role
Daily Pay: 100- 160 (depending on experience and responsibilities)

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging English lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4 students
* Support pupils in developing their understanding of literature, language, and creative writing
* Assist with planning, marking, and differentiation under the guidance of qualified teachers
* Contribute to a positive, inclusive classroom culture
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively, in line with school policies
* Participate in staff training, safeguarding updates, and wider school initiatives
* Provide feedback and encouragement to help students achieve their potential
Who We're Looking For
* A degree in English Literature, English Language, Creative Writing, or a closely related field
* A genuine enthusiasm for teaching and helping young people succeed
* Confident classroom presence and strong communication skills
* Experience in tutoring, mentoring, classroom support, or unqualified teaching (desirable)
* A clear interest in pursuing QTS through a PGCE, SCITT, or school-based training route
* An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply
