Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting for a Technical Administrator to join a client's team in Newquay on a temporary 3-month assignment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and detail-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can provide accurate and efficient administrative support within a technical setting.
Key Duties
Work closely with the technical team to support daily operations.
Audit parts and spares to ensure accurate stock control.
Record part numbers and input data into the client's bespoke system.
Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is up to date.
Requirements
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Excellent general administrative skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook).
Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills with a proactive and organised approach.
What We Offer
