Please note: This role is based in Manchester with a hybrid working model requiring attendance on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
Point.1 is our proprietary data product providing insights into healthcare professionals worldwide, covering demographics, behavior, psychographics, and media footprints.
Summary of Our Role
We seek a dynamic Account Director (Data & Analytics) to join Point.1. You will lead strategic data initiatives, manage key client accounts, and contribute to business growth, reporting to the Data Director.
Responsibilities include:
* Develop expertise in our Point.1 data set to solve client challenges.
* Manage client relationships as a strategic partner.
* Analyze data to derive actionable insights.
* Oversee project delivery from start to finish.
* Present insights and strategies confidently.
* Handle account forecasting, budgeting, and invoicing.
* Identify new business opportunities and support pitches.
* Support team development and collaborate across teams.
Ideal Candidate:
* Skilled at building client relationships and understanding data needs.
* Experienced in project and financial management.
* Confident in presenting to senior stakeholders.
* Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a passion for healthcare data.
* Experience in managing junior team members.
