Key Responsibilities Supporting Technical Managers in the coordination and delivery of the project. Liaising with consultants, architects, engineers and internal departments Ensuring all designs are compliant with building regulations, NHBC standards, planning conditions and company regulations This role would be ideal for someone with previous experience in a similar role with a residential developer or contractor. This role would also suit jobrunning architects or technologists, looking to make the transition from architectural practice to working client side with a developer.
