Content Executive (Cardiff)
Our client, an AI business, is growing quickly, and looking for a Content Executive to help turn expertise into high-quality, high-impact content.
This is a brilliant role for someone early in their career who loves writing, is naturally curious, and wants to learn how content drives growth in a modern B2B business. You'll get the opportunity to work directly with the CEO who is an internationally renowned thought leader, to help produce content for his own profile in support of promoting the business.
This is a Cardiff-based role (minimum 3 days a week in-person)
The role
You’ll be responsible for creating clear, compelling written content across multiple channels; and learning how that content supports demand generation, SEO and pipeline growth.
You’ll work closely with:
* An internal demand generation expert (to ensure content supports campaigns, SEO and performance goals)
* Subject-matter experts across the business (to turn insight into engaging content)
This isn’t just “writing blogs and hoping for the best”. You’ll learn how content fits into a broader business strategy and growth engine.
What you’ll be doing
* Writing and editing content such as:
* Blog posts and long-form articles
* Website and landing page copy
* Thought leadership pieces
* Case studies and customer stories
* Email and campaign content
* Translating complex ideas into clear, engaging writing
* Supporting SEO through keyword-led content and structure
* Collaborating on content calendars and campaign themes
* Iterating content based on performance and feedback
Who we’re looking for
This is an entry-level role, but writing quality really matters.
You might be:
* A recent graduate in journalism, English, media, communications (or similar)
* Early in your career with strong writing samples
You’ll definitely have:
* Excellent written English and a sharp eye for detail
* Curiosity and a willingness to learn fast
* An interest in B2B, technology, AI or business topics
* The ability to take feedback well and improve quickly
* A proactive, organised mindset
SEO or marketing experience is nice to have, not essential – you’ll be supported and trained.
