The Opportunity
We're looking for a Sales Development Representative who's done SaaS sales before and is ready to level up.
This isn't just another SDR role; you'll be a foundational player in our growth story, owning the top of our funnel and directly impacting our trajectory. If you thrive in the fast-paced SaaS world and want to be part of something from the ground up, keep reading.
What You'll Do
* Search relentlessly for new business opportunities across global markets
* Own outreach across multiple channels: email, phone, LinkedIn, and beyond
* Qualify and convert both inbound and outbound leads into pipeline gold for our sales team
* Keep it tight with meticulous CRM hygiene and activity tracking
* Collaborate and iterate with marketing and sales to sharpen our messaging and strategy
* Drive insights by contributing to sales forecasting and performance reporting
What You Bring
* Proven SaaS sales experience. You've been in the trenches and know what it takes to hit (and exceed) targets
* Experience with social media or employee advocacy SaaS is a major plus
* Exceptional communication skills: you can write compelling emails and hold engaging conversations
* Self-starter mentality with the discipline to crush it in a remote environment
* Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
* Sharp organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple prospects without dropping the ball
