Here, we blend the building's historic charm with modern comforts to create a warm and supportive environment Senior Care Assistant Contract £14.50 per hour Contracted to 33 - 44 hours per week Paid PVG, pension, uniform provided 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract) Role Overview As Senior Care Assistant, you will guide and support your team in delivering safe, high quality, person centred care that makes a real difference every day to our residents. You will take responsibility for the smooth running of your shift, ensuring care is well organised, consistent and delivered to a high standard. Alongside providing hands on care, you will oversee medication, monitor residents’ wellbeing and respond to any changes, ensuring care remains safe and appropriate. You will maintain accurate care records and work closely with colleagues, families and healthcare professionals to ensure clear communication and continuity of care.
