Meraki Talent is working with a dynamic, corporate and fast-paced financial services firm based in the heart of the City. Seeking a highly organised and proactive Team PA to join the team on a maternity contract.
You will be supporting multiple Managing Directors as well as the wider team. This is a pivotal role suited to someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys juggling multiple priorities, and takes pride in delivering seamless administrative support at a senior level.
Team PA duties:
* Extensive and complex diary management across multiple time zones
* Coordinating international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries
* Managing expenses (Concur) and ensuring timely and accurate submission
* Preparing and formatting documents, presentations, and reports to a high standard
* Organising and scheduling meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-ups
* Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
* Supporting wider team administration and ad hoc projects as required
* Responsible for processing invoices on behalf of the team
Person Specification:
* Proven experience supporting senior stakeholders (ideally MD level) within financial services is essential
* Extensive travel organisation experience – globally/weekly basis
* Must have supported large teams
* Very familiar with Concur
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-driven approach
* Confident managing heavy workloads in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
