Responsibilities
* Support teachers and students across Primary, Secondary, or SEN departments
* Assist with classroom management and lesson delivery
* Work one-to-one or in small groups with pupils who need extra support
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Help students reach their academic and personal goals
