The RSPB is seeking to appoint a Head of Fundraising & Communications for RSPB Cymru. The successful individual will provide strategic leadership and contribute to the development and implementation of RSPBs strategy and programmes, leading a specialist department and providing professional support to operational teams in Wales. We are looking for an influential and transformational leader in fundraising, engagement and communications to join our Leadership Team in RSPB Cymru. The successful candidate will work with counterparts in England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and RSPB Headquarters to develop plans to engage and empower people across the UK while adapting approaches to suit the particular context of Wales.
