Job Description
We are currently seeking a Qualified Nursery Nurse to join our team in the health and medical industry. This is a temporary position, with full-time hours expected. As a Qualified Nursery Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in a nursery setting.
Job Duties
* Plan and implement activities to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs of the children.
* Provide a safe and secure environment for the children.
* Observe, assess, and record children's development.
* Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues.
* Work as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the nursery.
Required Qualifications
* Qualified Nursery Assistant qualification.
* Previous experience working in a nursery setting.
* Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work well in a team.
Education
A minimum of a Qualified Nursery Assistant qualification is required for this role.
Experience
Previous experience working in a nursery setting is essential.
Knowledge and Skills
* Understanding of child development.
* Ability to create a stimulating and engaging environment for children.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
* Level 2 or 3 childcare qualifications.
* First Aid certification.
