The Role
This is a fast‑paced, client‑facing role focused on residential sales, working within a busy and well‑established office.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
* Managing applicant enquiries and building relationships
* Conducting property viewings
* Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
* Supporting sales progression through to completion
Key responsibilities include:
* Registering applicants and understanding their requirements
* Booking and conducting viewings
* Negotiating and agreeing on offers
* Maintaining regular contact with applicants and vendors
* Generating new business opportunities
* Supporting valuations where required
* Ensuring properties are marketed effectively
* Delivering a consistently high level of customer service
