Your Role: Carrying out mechanical, electrical, and trim work on a range of vehicles Stripping and refitting components to enable body repairs Diagnosing faults and ensuring all safety-critical systems are reinstated correctly Working closely with estimators, painters, and panel technicians to ensure seamless workflow Delivering quality repairs that meet manufacturer standards and exceed customer expectations What You'll Need: Proven experience as an MET Technician in a busy bodyshop environment Relevant qualifications (IMI, NVQ, ATA MET accreditation preferred) A solid understanding of modern vehicle systems and repair techniques High attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work A team player attitude and a passion for quality and safety Why Join Steer?
