GSL Education is seeking dedicated and adaptable SEN & Behaviour Support Workers to work in Alternative Provisions and PRUs across the Boston area of Lincolnshire.

Your Role Will Include:
* Supporting pupils who have been excluded or struggle in mainstream education
* Helping to manage behaviour and promote positive social skills
* Assisting with tailored learning activities and life skills
* Acting as a role model and mentor for pupils aged 5–16
* Working alongside teachers, therapists, and pastoral teams
We’re Looking For:
* Experience from military service or similar disciplined, high-responsibility backgrounds
* The ability to build trust and rapport quickly
* Resilience, patience, and a positive attitude
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
