Skills and experience
Strong background in CRM marketing, email marketing, or marketing automation
Experience managing CRM systems and large marketing databases
Confident designing and delivering targeted email campaigns
Understanding of audience segmentation and database marketing
Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to organise and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with wider teams
Desirable experience
Experience using recruitment CRM systems such as Bullhorn
Experience with marketing automation platforms
Knowledge of database-driven marketing within recruitment or service businesses
Experience connecting CRM platforms with wider marketing tools
The role
You will play a key role in managing and developing the organisations CRM marketing activity.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and developing the CRM database to drive engagement and marketing performance
Planning and delivering targeted email campaigns across different audience segments
Building automated email workflows and nurture campaigns
Maintaining high data quality through effective database management and segmentation
Tracking campaign results including open rates and engagement metrics
Producing campaign reports and identifying opportunities for improvement
Working closely with internal teams to support marketing initiatives and lead generation
Creating engaging email content including newsletters, announcements, and campaigns
Supporting digital marketing activity including LinkedIn engagement
Identifying new ways to improve CRM performance and marketing automation
