I’m currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an After Sales Support Executive to join their UK Operations Team, based in their Marlow office.

The Role
As part of the After Sales Department, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service across their portfolio of brands. You’ll take ownership of customer interactions and drive first-time resolution wherever possible.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding customer support with a focus on first‑time resolution
* Build and nurture strong relationships with Service Centres, dealers, and key stakeholders
* Manage product collection authorisations and guarantee repair processes
* Conduct inspections and assess warranty returns with customers when required
* Identify cost‑saving and efficiency opportunities to support Operational Excellence
* Support departmental projects from concept through to delivery
* Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and commit to continuous personal development
* Travel within the UK when required
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 1 year’s experience in customer service or sales support
* Proven ability to manage customer enquiries and resolve issues effectively
* Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
* Experience using CRM systems
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong data entry and analytical capability
* Ability to manage relationships across multiple business functions
* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
