Job Opportunity: Client Services Coordinator
Recruitment Solutions is collaborating with a facilities management team based in Eastleigh. Due to expansion, they are seeking an experienced Client Services Coordinator on a temp-to-perm basis.
Job Summary
* Position: Temp-to-perm
* Salary: £25,000 per annum
About the Role
Main Duties:
* Manage the client platform to ensure fault logs are addressed effectively, taking ownership of logged jobs.
* Ensure life safety systems and statutory inspections are completed in accordance with legal compliance and SLA/KPI timelines.
* Communicate attendance information to customers and engineers when scheduling jobs.
* Prepare complete job packs for billing, including PO, Quote, CVI, SMR, and email communications.
* Update job statuses, coordinate with subcontractors for parts delivery and service completion, and inform customers accordingly.
* Process jobs in the in-house finance system (JDE) for invoicing.
* Liaise with clients to escalate out-of-line incidents.
* Raise purchase orders as needed.
* Coordinate faults, schedule engineers, and communicate with customers.
* Review engineer paperwork and initiate follow-up or new jobs as necessary.
About You
Candidate Experience:
* Experience in help desk service coordination.
* Background in facilities or maintenance services within a busy organization.
* Experience working with contractors and suppliers, monitoring service standards.
* Proven customer care skills in a large organization.
* Enthusiasm and willingness to learn about departmental activities.
* Ability to prioritize, work under pressure, and demonstrate organizational skills and initiative.
* Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database packages.
* Good numeracy skills for accurate invoice processing.
* Effective communication skills, tactfully handling interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
* Customer care experience and excellent English communication skills.
* Professional telephone manner and ability to write clear, customer-focused correspondence.
* Teamwork skills and experience working in a call centre/help desk environment.
Salary: £25,500 depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00
