Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Director to join a global Value & Access function, supporting innovative medicines across a high-profile neurology portfolio. This role will focus on developing global payer evidence strategy, health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) plans, and value communication materials to support successful reimbursement and patient access worldwide.
This is a highly visible global position, working cross-functionally with market access, medical, clinical development, biostatistics, commercial, and regional affiliate teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development of global payer evidence strategies for priority assets within neurology and broader specialty portfolios
* Oversee external vendors delivering HEOR projects and evidence generation programmes
* Develop and manage multiple global projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, timelines, and strategic alignment
* Support creation and adaptation of global economic models and country-level model customisations
* Lead or oversee evidence synthesis projects including systematic literature reviews, indirect treatment comparisons, network meta-analyses, and post-hoc analyses
* Contribute to development of Global Value Dossiers, payer messaging, and reimbursement support materials
* Identify strengths, risks, and evidence gaps within clinical and economic data to optimise payer strategy
* Partner closely with global, regional, and local stakeholders to support reimbursement planning across markets
* Provide clear communication of technical outputs to both specialist and non-specialist audiences
Candidate Profile
We are seeking an experienced market access / HEOR professional with strong technical capability and a strategic mindset.
Required Experience
* Significant experience within pharmaceutical industry and/or life sciences consulting
* Strong background in HEOR, payer evidence, market access, or health economics
* Previous global experience supporting reimbursement or payer evidence strategies
* Experience managing external vendors or consultancies
* Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement systems and HTA processes across multiple markets
* Experience working across multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced global environment
Technical Expertise
Experience in several of the following areas is highly desirable:
* Global economic models
* Country model adaptations
* Systematic literature reviews
* Indirect treatment comparisons
* Network meta-analyses
* Post-hoc trial analyses
* Global Value Dossiers
* Evidence generation planning
Preferred Therapy Area Experience
- Neurology / CNS experience highly desirable- Experience in insomnia, Alzheimer's disease, or related therapy areas advantageous

Additional Information
