Your new role
Key Responsibilities
* Greet visitors and clients with warmth and professionalism
* Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
* Maintain a tidy and organised reception area
* Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
* Handle booking systems, meeting room schedules, and general enquiries
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
* Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
* Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
