Contracts Manager required to join our Aberdeen-based client on a permanent staff basis. This organisation is world-leading, highly trusted, innovative, and driven by a passion to lead the way in transforming how the industry plans, manages, and executes the movement of critical resources globally.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Reviewing, negotiating and drafting contractual & commercial agreements.
* Managing contract compliance in terms of existing agreements and assisting with developing a compliance process for emerging agreements.
* Facilitating and verifying that relevant analysis has been undertaken to evaluate risks relevant to contractual and insurance matters.
* Supporting development/projects work and drafting and negotiating of all associated documentation.
* Providing support for general corporate matters as related to the business.
* Maintaining regular communication with all areas of the business, ensuring the relevant Business Managers understand the commercial sections of each client contract.
* Dealing with other departments for contractual review/advice and negotiation with third parties.
* Being the first point of contact for contractual issues.
* Updating and maintaining the database of all client contracts and publishing to the leadership team.
* Undertaking any other duties as may be required.
Qualifications and Experience required:
* Experienced Contracts leader with previous significant experience gained within an industry role.
* Experience of working with LOGIC based contracts.
* Degree preferred but not essential.
* Results focused and organised.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Competent in Microsoft Office Packages.
