We're looking for a 'Bendi' forklift driver to join our team full-time.
Our warehouse is located in Park Royal, North West London. We import Scandinavian food and operate a wholesale and online shop from our warehouse.
Your responsibilities
* Operate the forklift in our warehouses.
* Assist with daily warehouse duties.
* Drive the company van, as and when needed.
Job Requirements
* Experience operating a Bendi Pivot Steer Forklift. (Sometimes known as a Flexi). This is essential. You should have a certification (although can have lapsed as we have a qualified trainer on site).
* Full clean driving licence.
* Experience working in a warehouse and being the kind of person who is happy to help out colleagues.
* Logical in approach and a problem solver. You think on your feet.
* A real team player – we all work together to make sure we have a smooth run of the warehouse day to day.
* English to a good communication level
* Energy - You are on your feet for most of the day
This job is vacant now and this is a permanent role on our team.
We offer an competitive rate of pay for the right candidate, with scope to progress inside the business.
You must have permission to live and work in the UK to apply for this role (passport, pre-settled or settled or other forms of visa allowing full-time work).
Interview process:
* 1st round will be online via phone or Zoom with our Ops Manager.
* 2nd round will be in person at our Warehouse, where we'll show you around our place and give you a feel for who we are and who your new colleagues will be.
