Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm / Monday - Friday 9.30am - 4.30pm during school holidays
Salary: £28,268 per annum

Training and development support 📚Responsibilities:
Provide efficient photocopying services, addressing requests promptly.
Manage stationery orders and maintain stock levels within budget.
organise and maintain the Multimedia Resources Office (MRO) in a tidy state.
Cover reception during lunch breaks and support colleagues with administrative tasks.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with safeguarding procedures.Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Good academic profile with at least C grade GCSE in English and Maths (essential).
Experience in delivering responsive customer service (essential).
Strong written and spoken English communication skills (essential).
Ability to manage a self-directed workload and develop positive working relationships (essential).Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Knowledge of photocopier use and troubleshooting (essential).
Understanding of safeguarding procedures (desirable).
Experience in high-volume photocopying services (desirable).Technologies:
