What You’ll Be Doing
• Delivering pre-prepared lessons in the teacher’s absence, ensuring continuity and engagement
• Maintaining calm, focused classrooms through effective behaviour management
• Communicating confidently with students and staff to ensure smooth transitions and learning routines
• Acting as a reliable, professional presence who models respect, responsibility and enthusiasm
• Supporting the school’s commitment to inclusivity and high expectations for all learners
