Working in a modern environment you'll work within a tech stack including but not limited to - Python, C#, C++, SQL, Azure DevOps, Ansible and more! This is a hybrid role where you’ll be expected to work roughly 3 day per week in office.

The Role
* As a Lead Software Developer you’ll be hands on working on a brand new manufacturing automation platform.
* You’ll manage a skilled engineering team where you’ll mentor, lead and onboard new engineers.
* Collaborate with others across varied business / tech functions, shaping the technical strategy for scalable solutions.
* You’ll be a passionate leader, eager to innovate an ever evolving tech stack from Python and C++ to future transitions to C# and focused on leveraging data to improve and maintain the platform.
* Establish best practice for code quality, testing, and deployment processes.
Technical / Person Requirements
* Proven background in software development technical leadership
* People leadership where you’ve ran maybe a small team before
* You’ll need to be hands on using Python and C# with a solid grasp of asynchronous programming
* SQL
* Experienced in microservices architecture and modular software design.
* Familiar with Linux environments and DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps and Ansible.
