Overview

Are you an experienced Administrator looking for your next move? Are you ready to take on a new challenge?

Here at GXO we are recruiting for a Stock Controller on a full time, permanent basis to join our Heineken team in Bathgate. You will be working Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 06:00 - 14:00 and 12:00 - 20:00 (3 weeks covering early shift, whilst on a 4th week you will be working lates).

What you’ll do on a typical day

* Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies
* Identifying opportunities to improve stock accuracy and integrity
* Supporting regular and ad-hoc inventory counts
* Ensuring customer-specific stock records are aligned and up to date


What you need to succeed at GXO

* A keen eye for detail and accuracy
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Confidence in interpreting and working with data
* Counterbalance forklift experience or license is desirable — but not essential, as full training will be provided
