Pensions Administration Team Leader
A specialist pensions consultancy is seeking a highly experienced pensions administration leader to oversee service delivery for a portfolio of complex UK pension schemes.
The role
1. Lead and develop a team of up to around 20 administrators
2. Full accountability for service delivery, compliance, quality and client outcomes
3. Oversight of large DB schemes
4. Drive operational efficiency, margin improvement and process enhancement
5. Contribute at senior leadership / board level
6. Support audits, scheme onboarding and new business activity
About you
7. 10+ years’ experience in DB pensions administration
8. Deep knowledge of UK pensions legislation and regulatory standards
9. Proven people leader with strong performance and change management skills
10. Confident operating at senior / strategic level with clients and stakeholders
11. Experienced with audit and control frameworks (e.g. AAF, ISAE, ISO)
12. Commercially minded, collaborative, and highly professional
