This Clinical Negligence Associate role will see you:
* Running a varied caseload of clinical negligence matters.
* Acting for a broad range of healthcare sector clients.
* Supporting preparation for inquests and assisting on more complex claims.
* Managing client relationships and attending relevant events.
* Providing clear, commercially focused legal advice.
* Supporting wider team projects and business development.
What you'll need to succeed
* UK Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with full litigation rights (NQ+).
* Claimant or defendant experience in clinical negligence (defendant experience is preferable)
* Strong communication and client-handling skills.
* Understanding of insurance and coverage issues is advantageous.
* Strong analytical, drafting and organisational capabilities.
